The friendly listening association with a heart, supporting good causes in Northern Cyprus for the benefit of everyone
Apart from the annual tours which take place off the island, in Turkey and the surrounding region, the Anglo Turkish Association of Northern Cyprus also organises at least one event a month plus a social gathering (meal) on the island.
The aim of these events / social gatherings are aimed at raising awareness of the rich history, culture and archaeological features of the island. This is done through talks, guided walks, visits to lesser known areas of the island, visits to government and other establishments, fun activities, etc, to name but a few.
The events and social gatherings are the cornerstone of the Association’s fund raising and together with membership fees allow us to support local good causes.
Whilst our events, social gatherings and tours are in the first instance intended primary for our own Association Members, we always welcome non-members to attend our events, social gatherings and tours (places permitting) to enable you to get a first hand insight into our Association.
If you are not a member of our Association but would like to attend a particular event, social gathering or tour, then please email for Events and/or Social Gatherings our:
