Major Refurbishment of the Çağlayan Çocuk Yuvası in Lefkoşa

In the Spring of 2023 we were asked by the Çağlayan Çocuk Yuvası in Lefkoşa (the only residential Children’s Care Home in the TRNC) if we would be able to refurbish the home to improve the lives of the children living there. A home that is for those children who have been abandoned or abused by their parents. The home can accommodate up to 38 children with age ranges from a few months up to the age of 18. Some of which are or may be disabled. Naturally the ATA said YES!

In particular for the generosity in respect to their donations we thank

This major project has involved the refurbished of bathrooms, shower rooms, and toilets, construction of disabled shower rooms, refurbishment of some bedrooms, kitchen refurbishment, plus air conditioning units, new curtains throughout, the donation of a large widescreen TV for the lounge, dining tables and chairs for dining room, cutlery, water dispensers for various locations, plus external fencing to ensure safety and privacy.
