AGM REMINDER

REMINDER !! NOTICE OF THE 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGA) OF THE ANGLO TURKISH ASSOCIATION (ATA)

The 38th AGM of the ATA will be held on Saturday 4th April 2026 at The Olivia Palm Hotel, Karakız Sokak 21, Girne 99300. The doors will open at 10:30am for an 11:00 start. Refreshments (tea, coffee and snacks) will be provided.

Any ATA member who would like to attend the AGM must pre-register via email, before 30 March 2026, to: events.ata.trnc@gmail.com

* Please note that should any ATA member wish to have an item included in AOB, they should email full details of the item to the association’s Treasurer (treasurer.ata.trnc@gmail.com) prior to the 1st April 2026. Items submitted after this date will not be accepted. In addition, they must attend the AGM and address those present about the item.

Notes:

• Copies of the minutes of the 2025 AGM and the association’s 2025 accounts will be available on the association’s website prior to the meeting
• A valid ATA membership card must be produced to gain entry to the AGM, please note **NO NEW MEMBERSHIPS OR MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS WILL BE MADE ON THE DAY**
