ATA ANNUAL SUNSET BOAT TRIP

Dear ATA Members  

After a long hot day what better way is there, to cool off than to have a refreshing dip in the sea. Or just sitting back and relaxing whilst enjoying the fresh sea air. And afterwards watch the sunset on the sea while having a nice dinner on the boat.

FOOD : An Open Buffet

5 kinds of Meze. And for the mains freshly cooked Chicken and Fish with chips and salad.

PRICE :

The Cost is £ 25 FOR MEMBERS and £ 27 FOR NON-MEMBERS 

Date: 17th of August Sunday 

Time for arrival is 4.30 PM at the boat (Girne Old Harbour) at the Derya Deniz Boat. The boat will leave the harbour at 5.00 PM

Spaces are very limited so, if you would like to attend please reply to me (events.ata.trnc@gmail.com ) by Sunday 10th of August at the latest and include your name / names of those attending with you alng with phone numbers.

CAR SHARING: Please indicate if you intend to drive to this social gathering by car, and would be prepared to offer a lift to a person who cannot drive but would like to attend this social gathering (state how many people you could offer a lift to and where you live).

PLEASE NOTE: should you book to attend this social gathering and subsequently cancel after the advertised cut-off date for the social gathering, YOU are liable for the full payment price of the social gathering, which is to be paid at the associations next membership clinic. We will not accept bookings from those who persistently cancel.

A minimum donation of 50TL to help those local ‘Good Causes’ the association supports is included in the price of this social gathering.

Membership Renewals & New Memberships                                                              These will only be available to be done during the half an hour prior to the start time of a social gathering
