April social event

ATA 28th April Social Event is a dinner at The Grapevine which is a traditional Cypriot building in the centre of Girne.

For many years this was the hub of British expat social life and lawyers who lunch when owned and run by “Jimmy” Kutlay Keço veteran of the Erenköy resistance in the 1974 war. Now run by Tugce Kortan and popular with young Cypriots and expats of all nationalities.

We have negotiated a 3 course dinner at  £23 for members and £25 for non members. Payment will be converted to Lira on the day and notified to those attending who wish to pay in local currency.

Starters:

Pate

Mushroom Soup

Tomato Soup

Mains:

Chicken with Mushrooms

Vegetarian Musakka

Meat Musakka

Lemon Rock Bass with lemon

Desserts:

Apple Pie with ice cream

Cherry Trifle

All drinks and coffees will be extra

Arrival from 7.00pm for 7.30 start

As payment for this social gathering is to be paid on the day, please have the correct money with you for this social gathering as change will not be available.

CAR SHARING: Please indicate if you intend to drive to this social gathering by car, and would be prepared to offer a lift to a person who cannot drive but would like to attend this social gathering (state how many people you could offer a lift to and where you live).

PLEASE NOTE: should you book to attend this social gathering and subsequently cancel after the cut-off date (23rd April) for the social gathering, YOU are liable for the full payment price of the social gathering, which is to be paid at the associations next membership clinic. We will not accept bookings from those who persistently cancel.

A minimum donation of 50TL to help those local ‘Good Causes’ the association supports is included in the price of this social gathering.
