is to be held on Saturday 26th April 2025

Doors Open at 10:15am

Refreshments Tea/Coffee and biscuits available from 10:15am

 NOTE: Should any fully paid-up member (2025 membership) wish to have an item included under ‘Any Other Business’ they must attend the AGM and address those present about the item, and they must also email full details of the item to the association’s Treasurer (treasurer.ata.trnc@gmail.com) prior to the 15^th April 2025. Items submitted after this date will not be accepted.

1. Copies of the minutes of the 2024 AGM and the associations 2024 accounts will be available on the association’s website prior to the meeting
2. A valid 2025 ATA membership card must be produced to gain entry to the AGM, please note NO NEW MEMBERSHIPS OR MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS WILL BE MADE ON THE DAY!
