Social Gathering – 28th January

The social gathering on the 28th January has been organised by Norm and Mandy Norton and will be held at Charlies Sports Baa in Küçükerenköy

Date : Tuesday 28th January

Venue : Charlies Sports Baa, Küçükerenköy

Time: arrival 1.30 pm for a 2.00 pm start

Starter: 

Vegetable Soup

Mains:

Home made Pie and Chips – Pies are a choice of:

       Chicken and Mushroom
or    Steak
or    Meat and Potato

All with Chips, Peas and Gravy

Vegetarian Option:

       Cheese and Onion Quiche with salad and chips

Dessert:

   Fruit Crumble.

Cost for three courses:

         700 TL for members

         750 TL for non members

Cost for two courses:

         550 TL and 600 TL as above

Full bar is available

As payment for this social gathering is to be paid on the day, please have the correct money with you for this social gathering as change will not be available.

If you would like to join us for this event please email to events.ata.trnc@gmail.comby 14th of January with  names of all attendees, phone numbers, and whether you require pies or vegetarian option and 2 or 3 courses.

If you would like to attend but need  transport please indicate on your reply as transport costs will be extra.

CAR SHARING: Please indicate if you intend to drive to this social gathering by car, and would be prepared to offer a lift to a person who cannot drive but would like to attend this social gathering (state how many people you could offer a lift to and where you live).

PLEASE NOTE: should you book to attend this social gathering and subsequently cancel after the cut-off date (14th January) for the social gathering, YOU are liable for the full payment price of the social gathering, which is to be paid at the associations next membership clinic. We will not accept bookings from those who persistently cancel.

A minimum donation of 50TL to help those local ‘Good Causes’ the association supports is included in the price of this social gathering.

Directions.

From Tatlısu, turn right into Küçükerenköy. Take the first right (about 75 metres) just before Olive Woods. Follow the narrow road with a sharp left after 200 metres. Take the next right. Charlies Sports Baa is at the end on the right.
From Girne, pass Esentepe and Bahçeli. Continue past the Spice Garden, and The Greenhouse, and turn left into Küçükerenköy, then after about 75 metres turn right following Tatlısu instructions above.
