Fabulous ATA trip today. We experienced the process of Hellim making first hand, tasted the freshest version of Hellim, served with freshly baked çörek in a beautiful traditional Turkish Cypriot village house in Zeytinlik. Meeting old and new friends always a delight. Thank you Ismet for organising this special day.
