Once only a local ‘cheese’, now a worldwide culinary phenomenon: HELLİM. Let’s experience the process of Hellim making firsthand, and taste the freshest version of Hellim, served with freshly baked çörek, in a beautiful traditional Turkish Cypriot village house in Zeytinlik. The event will include experiencing Hellim making, and a walk around the picturesque village of Zeytinlik with an English-speaking tour guide. A traditional lunch will follow the walk.
